The Services Flow feature allows customers to differentiate between the services they wish to book when using the Customer App or the Web Booking Tool. Moreover, customers are also able to select whether or not they would like an upcharge or add-on when placing an order with you.
Activating Services Flow
You can enable “Customers Only Selects Services” via Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > General Settings > Customer Order Flow.
Once this option is activated, it is possible to add services and personalize them by including a name, description and additional turnaround hours, setting the number of bags or items, assigning a section, and adding upcharges.
Note: If you offer the option to include upcharges, customers will be able to opt-in to include it for the service they select upon placing an order with you.

If you are using an extra turnaround time for any of your products in the Products section, we will ignore this extra turnaround time for customers placing a Pickup and Delivery order with you to ensure it matches just the turnaround time set for the Services Flow.
