The Driver Performance Metrics page provides valuable insights into your drivers’ efficiency, helping you track key statistics and improve operational performance.
Accessing Driver Metrics
To view driver performance data:
Navigate to Settings → Metrics → Driver Statistics.
Select a custom date range or choose from predefined periods (e.g., today, last 7 days, last 30 days).
Analyze key performance metrics.
Metrics Available
You can track the following statistics for each driver:
Driver Name – Identify individual driver performance.
Completed Pickups – Number of completed pickups within the selected period.
Completed Deliveries – Total number of successful deliveries.
Total Pickup Value – Monetary value of all collected orders.
Total Delivery Value – Total revenue from delivered orders.
These insights help optimize routes, improve driver efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
