Performing a Cash Up in CleanCloud helps ensure accurate financial reconciliation at the end of a shift or business day. Follow the steps below to complete the process efficiently.
Performing a Cash Up in the POS
Step 1: Access the Cash Up Page
Click on your profile icon (top-right corner).
Select Cash Up from the pop-up box.
Step 2: Navigate to the Cash Up Page
You’ll be directed to the Cash Up page, where recent Cash Ups are displayed.
Step 3: Start a New Cash Up
Click the blue Cash Up button (top-right corner).
Step 4: Enter Cash and Coin Quantities
Input the quantities of each cash denomination.
Step 5: Set Aside Cash for the Next Shift
Specify the amount of cash to remain in the drawer.
Enter this amount in the Cash Left in Drawer box.
Step 6: Finalize the Cash Up
Review all entered amounts for accuracy.
Click Submit to complete the Cash Up process.
Reviewing Declared Cash and Notes
Once the Cash Up is completed, you can review all declared coins and notes.
Navigate to the Declared Cash Denominations section.
Click the blue amount in the Declared Cash column to view details.
Assigning Driver-Specific Stations
For accurate tracking of driver cash collections, link the Driver App to a designated station.
Go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Station To Assign Payment.
Select the appropriate station to enable this feature.
