How to Perform a Cash Up in CleanCloud

Performing a Cash Up in CleanCloud ensures accurate end-of-day or end-of-shift financial reconciliation.

Performing a Cash Up in the POS

Follow these steps to complete the process:

Step 1: Accessing the Cash Up Page

  • Click on your circular profile icon in the top right corner.

  • Select Cash Up from the pop-up box.

Step 2: Navigating to the Cash Up Page

  • You will be directed to the Cash Up page, displaying Recent Cash Ups.

Step 3: Initiating a New Cash Up

  • Click the blue Cash Up button at the top right.

Step 4: Recording Cash and Coin Quantities

  • Enter the quantities of each cash denomination.

Step 5: Setting Aside Cash

  • Specify the amount of cash to remain in the drawer.

  • Enter this value in the Cash Left in Drawer box.

Step 6: Finalizing the Cash Up

  • Review all entered amounts for accuracy.

  • Click Submit to complete the Cash Up process.


Reviewing Declared Cash and Notes

  1. After successfully performing a Cash Up for your store, you can review all the coins and notes that were declared.

  2. To access the Declared Cash Denominations section, simply click the blue amount highlighted in the Declared Cash column.


Assigning Driver-Specific Station

Ensure accurate tracking of cash and contributions by linking the Driver App to a designated station.

Navigate to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Station To Assign Payment and select the station to enable this feature.
