How to Perform a Cash Up in CleanCloud

Performing a Cash Up in CleanCloud helps ensure accurate financial reconciliation at the end of a shift or business day. Follow the steps below to complete the process efficiently.


Performing a Cash Up in the POS

Step 1: Access the Cash Up Page

  • Click on your profile icon (top-right corner).

  • Select Cash Up from the pop-up box.

Step 2: Navigate to the Cash Up Page

  • You’ll be directed to the Cash Up page, where recent Cash Ups are displayed.

Step 3: Start a New Cash Up

  • Click the blue Cash Up button (top-right corner).

Step 4: Enter Cash and Coin Quantities

  • Input the quantities of each cash denomination.

Step 5: Set Aside Cash for the Next Shift

  • Specify the amount of cash to remain in the drawer.

  • Enter this amount in the Cash Left in Drawer box.

Step 6: Finalize the Cash Up

  • Review all entered amounts for accuracy.

  • Click Submit to complete the Cash Up process.


Reviewing Declared Cash and Notes

Once the Cash Up is completed, you can review all declared coins and notes.

  • Navigate to the Declared Cash Denominations section.

  • Click the blue amount in the Declared Cash column to view details.


Assigning Driver-Specific Stations

For accurate tracking of driver cash collections, link the Driver App to a designated station.

  • Go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Station To Assign Payment.

  • Select the appropriate station to enable this feature.
