CleanCloud

Some businesses need to issue cash payouts to other businesses or customers. CleanCloud offers a feature to track these payouts, associate them with an order ID (if needed), and require staff to provide a reason for each payout.

Go to Settings &gt; Admin &gt; Payments &gt; Cash Up.

Enable the "Track Cash Drawer Payouts" option.

Click the "Update" button to save your changes.

Click the circular profile icon at the top right of the page.

If you've set up your printer and cash drawer, you'll see an "Open Drawer" button.

Click the "Open Drawer" button, and a window will appear to enter the amount, reason, and order ID for the payout.

Click "Submit" to log the payout and open the cash drawer.
