Some businesses need to issue cash payouts to other businesses or customers. CleanCloud provides a payout tracking feature, allowing you to:
✔ Track payouts efficiently
✔ Associate them with an order ID (if needed)
✔ Require staff to provide a reason for each payout
Enabling Payout Tracking
Go to Settings → Admin → Payments & Finances → Cash Up.
Enable Track Cash Drawer Payouts.
Click Submit to save the changes.
How to Record a Payout
Click the profile icon at the top right of the page.
If your printer and cash drawer are set up, you will see the Open Drawer button.
Click Open Drawer to enter the amount, reason, and order ID for the payout.
Click Submit to log the payout and open the cash drawer.
