This article guides you through adding washers and dryers to CleanCloud and customizing settings to streamline your workflow.


Getting Started

To add washers and dryers to your CleanCloud account, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → Washers and Dryers.

2. On this page, click Add Washer or Add Dryer to enter each machine’s details.


Tracking Maintenance and Repairs

After adding your machines, you can log and track their maintenance and repair history. This feature allows you to monitor service needs and view a complete record of past repairs for each machine.


Require Cash Drawer Payout

For added customization, you can require a cash payout when assigning an order to a washer or dryer. To enable this feature:

  • Go to Settings → Admin → Washers and Dryers.

  • Toggle on Assigning Orders Requires Cash Drawer Payout.
