Opening the cash drawer for tasks like exchanging bills is a regular part of daily operations. CleanCloud makes this process simple and efficient. Once your printers and cash drawer are set up, follow these steps:
Manual Opening
Option 1
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
In the dropdown, click "Open Drawer".
Option 2
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select "Cash Up", and the cash drawer will automatically open.
Automated Opening
To automate the drawer opening with payments:
Go to Settings → Hardware → Cash Register.
Enable "Auto Open with Payment".
