With CleanCloud Pay, funds are deposited into your account within T+2 days (excluding weekends and national holidays). This means that trade settlements will be completed and deposited within 2 business days after the transaction date.

Viewing Your Payouts Directly from POS
With CleanCloud Pay, you can easily view all payouts directly from your POS without needing to log into a separate portal.
To access your payouts:
Go to Settings → Search tool → CleanCloud Pay Payouts.
Enter the date range for the transactions you wish to view or use the specific order ID to view a singular transaction.
You can see the payout status, amount, and estimated arrival date of the payout.
For easy reconciliation, you can also see which transactions are associated with your payouts. Simply click on the “Details” button next to any payout.
✔ Payout Minimum: There is a minimum payout amount of £/$/€10.00 for automatic deposits. This usually applies only to test transactions.
Payout Speed
While CleanCloud Pay transfers funds within the T+2 days payout speed automatically, the actual release of funds into your bank account depends on the beneficiary bank. The timing of when the funds are physically available in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Ensure that payment information is accurate and updated to avoid unnecessary delays in processing payouts.
Factors Impacting Timelines
Weekends and Public Holidays: Transactions during these periods may encounter additional delays.
Anomalies in Payment Methods or Processing Options: Delays might arise from the specific financial gateway used or incomplete transaction details. For example, a transaction completed on a Wednesday will most likely reflect in your account by Friday, unless external factors influence this timeline.
