You can monitor and share your driver's location with customers for enhanced transparency. Once a driver accepts a Pickup or Delivery order, customers receive a notification displaying the driver's location.
Activating this Feature
Step 1
Go to Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > Driver App.
Enable the 'Track Driver Location' option.
Step 2
Go to Settings > Admin > Notifications > General Settings.
Under 'Driver On Their Way Notifications', toggle on the notification methods (Push, Email, SMS) for customer updates.
Click 'Submit' to save changes.
Viewing Driver Locations
Access real-time driver locations via the POS by going to Settings > Users > Driver Locations.
This feature displays a map showing driver locations and the time of their last update.
Note: Driver location tracking requires the use of the CleanCloud Driver App.
Driver ETA via the Customer App
Customers with the CleanCloud App can track the Driver ETA once the driver accepts the order in the Driver App.
They can view the driver's location on the map and estimate pickup or delivery time.
