Lockers (Non-Integrated)

Enhance your contactless service with CleanCloud's locker workflow. Manage multiple locker locations effortlessly. Choose between integrated and non-integrated lockers.

Setting Up Your Lockers

  1. Navigate to Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > Lockers.

  2. Click 'Add Locker' to add a new locker location.

  3. Fill in the required fields:

    1. Name

    2. Address

    3. Locker Type (Regular or Smart Locker)

    4. Number of Lockers

    5. Min Locker Number

    6. Max Locker Number

    7. Route # Override

    8. Active

    9. Has Custom Delivery Fee

    10. Instructions to Customer: Provide tips or guidance for customers creating locker orders.

  4. Customize delivery fee and minimum order amount in 'Additional Settings'.


Activate Lockers

  • Once configured, activate lockers in Settings > Admin > Store Settings > Services Offered. This enables locker options in the customer app and web booking tool.
