Integrating DoorDash with your CleanCloud account provides an easy solution for pickup and delivery services, utilizing DoorDash’s extensive driver network for fast and efficient service. There are no setup or activation fees, but purchasing credits to cover the journey fees is essential.

How to Activate DoorDash
Follow these three simple steps to activate and set up DoorDash for order management.
Step 1: Activating DoorDash
Go to Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Services Offered.
Toggle on DoorDash Pickup and Delivery.
Press Submit to save your changes.
After activation, you’ll see a truck icon 🚚 in the top-right corner of your POS. By clicking this icon, you can access the Journeys Dashboard.
Step 2: Setting Up DoorDash Preferences
After activation, go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → DoorDash (if Uber is also enabled, this section will be labeled DoorDash / Uber).
Configure the following DoorDash settings:

Send Push Notifications for Journey Status Changes: | Enable push notifications to keep customers informed of their order status. |
Send SMS Notifications: | Enable SMS notifications for journey status changes. SMS credits are required. |
Require Signature on Delivery: | DoorDash drivers (Dashers) will collect the customer's signature upon delivery, which will be attached as a photo to the order details. |
Delivery Verification: |

Flat Journey Fee: | Set a specific journey fee. The customer will pay the selected amount, and the store will cover the rest. |
Journey Fee Coverage: |

Journey Credits: | Purchase credits in bundles ranging from $200 to $2,500. If credits drop below $100, customers cannot book new DoorDash orders. You can enable Auto Top-Up when credits fall below 300 to avoid running out. |
Pickup and Delivery Options: | Set the business hours for DoorDash drivers by selecting the days and times you want DoorDash orders to be available.

Address Information: | Ensure your store address is accurate, and add notes for drivers to help them easily locate your store. Include latitude and longitude coordinates for more precision. |
✅ Press Submit to save your preferences. You can always return to adjust these settings later.
Step 3: DoorDash Routes
Go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Routes.
Select an existing route or create a new route specifically for DoorDash.
Click the pencil icon to edit the route.
Toggle on DoorDash / Uber Active.
A new field, Custom DoorDash / Uber Business Hours, will appear, allowing you to set specific times and dates for DoorDash integration.
Press Submit to save your changes.
🎉 Done! DoorDash is now fully enabled and set up. Your customers can start placing DoorDash pickup and delivery orders through the customer app or web booking tool. You’re ready to process DoorDash orders directly via the POS.
