Here are some frequently asked questions about the DoorDash integration with CleanCloud, covering costs, availability, and service details.


1. Is DoorDash Integration available in my country?

DoorDash integration is currently available in the US and Puerto Rico. Expansion to additional countries is planned soon. Check the product updates page for announcements.


2. What is the cost to activate DoorDash?

There is no activation fee for DoorDash. However, you need to purchase credits to cover DoorDash order fees. Ensure your balance is at least $100 to allow customers to book DoorDash orders. Learn more here.


3. What is the address delivery limit?

DoorDash covers deliveries up to 15 miles from your store address. Refer to our fee structure article for more details on journey costs and incremental fees.


4. Is there any size or weight limit?

  • Maximum Weight: 50 lbs

  • Maximum Size: 60 inches or 32 cubic feet

Orders must fit the dimensions of a standard-size vehicle for safe handling.


5. Can I contact the courier handling the order?

By accessing the Journeys Dashboard and opening the exact order, you can view Dasher Information, including their phone number. This number is only active while the Dasher is handling your order. For live issues, reach DoorDash Support at 1-855-973-1040. Learn more here.


6. Am I entitled to a refund if an order is canceled?

7. Does the CleanCloud app show up on the DoorDash app?

No, DoorDash integration is available exclusively through the CleanCloud app and the web booking tool.


8. Can DoorDash assist with only part of a pickup & delivery?

Yes, you can choose DoorDash to handle either the pickup or the delivery, while you manage the other part of the process.


9. What is the minimum time range for a DoorDash order in a day?

The minimum time range for a DoorDash order is 4 hours. You can set this in Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → DoorDash. Learn more here.


10. Can I use both DoorDash and Uber services?

Yes, you can activate and set up both DoorDash and Uber for your store.
