It's important to note that when you cancel a DoorDash order in CleanCloud, the driver may still be directed to the customer or store address. This typically happens if the Dasher has already been assigned, and the DoorDash ride may not be canceled due to the short notice.
Before deleting a DoorDash order from the system, make sure the driver has not yet been assigned to the ride.
Cancelling a DoorDash Journey
A DoorDash order can be canceled up until the point a Dasher is assigned to either the pickup or delivery portion of the order. After this stage, the order cannot be altered or canceled.
After acceptance (if you require journeys to be manually accepted), the order will become visible on the schedule screen within the Journeys Dashboard.
When the order’s status is “Scheduled” and no driver has been assigned, you can cancel the order, and credits will be automatically refunded to your account.
To cancel, simply click the “Cancel” button located at the top right of the schedule screen. If the order is canceled within the allotted timeframe, journey fees will be credited back to your account.
Once the status changes to “Driver Assigned”, you can no longer cancel the ride, and no credits refund will be issued.

By clicking Live Track, you can view the “Estimated Delivery Time”, including the order details, Dasher info, customer and store address, delivery instructions, and more.
✔ Credits and Fee Refunds
If you’ve canceled an order within the specified time frame and credits have not been returned to the Journeys Dashboard, please contact CleanCloud support.
We will investigate the issue with DoorDash on your behalf and manually issue the refund if appropriate.
