If immediate resolution is required for live orders, it’s best to reach out directly to DoorDash Support. For refund requests and additional feedback, CleanCloud support will handle coordination with DoorDash on your behalf.


Live Order Support

  • Phone: 1-855-222-8111

To navigate the support line efficiently:

  1. Select your preferred language.

  2. Press "4" for Drive Merchant.

  3. Press "2" for Non-Restaurant.

When contacting DoorDash Support, make sure to provide the following crucial details:

  • Store Name

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Phone Number

  • DoorDash Delivery ID

Providing these details expedites the resolution process for live and active orders, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.


Refunds, Feedback, and Additional Issues
