Set an express turnaround fee for P&D orders as a flat fee or percentage to charge extra for rush deliveries. Learn how to set it up here.

If you want to charge extra for Express or Rush pickup and delivery orders, you can configure this in CleanCloud. This feature allows you to apply an additional charge based on either a flat fee or a percentage of the order total.

How to Set Up an Express Turnaround Fee

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Pickup & Delivery → Pickup / Delivery Options.

  2. Locate the setting "Additional Charge for Express Delivery".

  3. Choose whether to apply the charge as:

    • A Flat Fee (e.g., $10 per express order).

    • A Percentage of the order total (e.g., 10%).

  4. Click Submit to save your changes.


How Customers See the Express Fee

  • Customers will see the express fee clearly displayed when placing an order through the CleanCloud app, branded app, or web booking tool.

  • If an order qualifies for express service (e.g., delivery within 24 or 48 hours), the system will automatically apply the additional charge.

This ensures that customers are aware of the extra fee before completing their order.

⚡ Example: If a business allows deliveries within 24 hours from pickup but charges an extra 10% for rush service under 48 hours, a pop-up message with a lightning icon will appear.
