In-Store Express Orders

Enhance your order management with customized minimum order amounts for Express in-store orders.

CleanCloud provides the flexibility to designate orders as Express, allowing for a faster processing option at an increased cost. This feature lets you swiftly switch to a higher price point for rush orders.


Creating Express In-Store Orders

  1. To set a specific price for Express orders, simply include the desired amount when creating or editing a product in your Settings > Products.

  2. Within the product page, input the desired amount in the 'Express Price' field.

  3. This price will apply whenever the 'Express' toggle is activated in the New Order page, as indicated below:


Customize In-Store Minimums for Express Orders

You can also set a distinct in-store minimum order amounts specifically for your Express orders. This ensures that your speedy Express or Rush orders have their own dedicated minimum threshold.

To configure this, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Admin > Workflow > General Settings.

  2. Locate the “Minimum Order Amount Express ($)” option and tailor your Express order minimums to suit your business needs effectively.


Locating Express Orders

When handling express orders within the POS system, they will be distinguished by a yellow highlight on both the Detail and Cleaning pages.


This feature also applies when managing online orders that include an Express Fee.
