CleanCloud's Express order feature allows you to prioritize rush orders for faster processing at an additional fee. This option is perfect for customers who need quick service. Here’s how to set up, customize, and manage Express orders in your CleanCloud POS system.

Setting Up Express Order Timing

To set a default timeframe for Express orders, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → General Settings.

  2. Under If Express Order Change Ready Date To, select the desired timeframe: Default, Tomorrow, +2 Days, or +3 Days.

This setting defines how soon Express orders will be ready by default.

Customizing In-Store Minimums for Express Orders

To set a minimum order amount specifically for Express orders:

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → General Settings.

  2. Adjust the Minimum Order Amount Express ($) field to set the minimum amount for Express orders. Leave this blank if you don’t want a minimum requirement.

Setting Up Express Pricing

To assign a specific Express price for products:

  1. Go to Settings → Products.

  2. Edit an existing product or create a new one, and enter the Express pricing in the Express Price field.

When you select the Express toggle on the New Order page, the designated Express price will automatically apply to the order.

Locating Express Orders in the POS

Express orders are highlighted for easy identification within the POS system:

  • On the Detail and Cleaning pages, Express orders will appear with a yellow highlight, helping staff prioritize them for faster processing.

📌 Note: Express fees can also be applied to online orders for consistent handling.

Adding an Express Label to Receipts

To include an "Express" label on printed receipts:

  1. Go to Settings → Hardware → Receipt Printer.

  2. Under Font Sizes → Customer Copy / Store Copy → Express, you can:

    • Select the preferred font size for the 'Express' label.

    • Choose to hide the label if needed.

This label serves as a clear indicator of the priority status, enhancing order tracking and customer communication.
