Creating Express In-Store Orders
To set a specific Express price:
Navigate to Settings → Products.
Edit or create a product and enter the amount in the 'Express Price' field.
This price applies when toggling 'Express' on the New Order page.
Customising In-Store Minimums for Express Orders
Set distinct in-store minimum order amounts for Express orders:
Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → General Settings.
Adjust the 'Minimum Order Amount Express ($)' option to meet your business needs.
Locating Express Orders
Identify Express orders in the POS system with a yellow highlight on the Detail and Cleaning pages.
This feature also applies to online orders with an Express Fee.
Customising Express Label on Receipts
Add 'Express' to receipts for expedited orders:
Navigate to Settings → Hardware → Receipt Printer.
Select Font Sizes → Customer Copy → Express.
Here, you can choose the font size for the 'Express' label or opt to hide this information.
