Price lists in CleanCloud can be customized and applied to specific customers or individual orders via the POS, making pricing management seamless and efficient.

Assigning a Price List to a Customer

Once you've created a custom price list, follow these steps to assign it to a customer:

  1. Search for the customer on the New Order page (or through Settings → Search → Customers).

  2. Click the Edit (pencil) icon to open the customer’s profile.

  3. Locate the Price List dropdown and select the desired price list.

  4. Click Update to save the changes.

Once assigned, all future orders for this customer will use the selected price list automatically.

Assigning a Price List to an Order

If you need to change the price list for just one order, follow these steps:

  1. On the New Order page, locate the Price List dropdown (default is typically set to “Default Prices”).

  2. Select the appropriate price list from the dropdown menu.

  3. Proceed with adding items and submitting the order.

📌 This will only apply to the current order and will not change the customer’s default price list.

Price Lists for Pickup and Delivery Orders

For stores offering Pickup and Delivery with multiple price lists based on routes, zones, or other factors, you must enable a specific setting to ensure the correct price list applies.

How to Enable Custom Price Lists for Pickup and Delivery Orders

  1. Navigate to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → General Settings.

  2. Toggle on “Allow Customers With Custom Price Lists to use them for Pickup and Delivery Orders.”

  3. Click Submit to save the changes.

With this setting enabled, customers assigned a custom price list will automatically have it applied to both in-store and pickup/delivery orders.
