Creating and managing custom price lists in CleanCloud allows you to customize pricing for various customer groups. Follow these steps to add, edit, and delete custom price lists.
How to Create a Custom Price List
Navigate to Settings → Products.
Click on Default Price List and select Add a New Price List from the dropdown menu.
Fill in the details:
Name: Enter a name for your new price list.
Price List To Copy: Choose an existing price list to copy from.
Multiply Prices by: Use this field to adjust prices by a percentage (e.g., enter 0.8 for a 20% discount or 1.2 for a 20% increase).
If no multiplier is used, the new price list will copy the selected price list's products and prices.
Press Add Price List to save your changes.
How to Edit a Custom Price List
You can edit custom price lists in CleanCloud using two methods:
Method 1: Editing Directly
Select the relevant price list.
Click Edit on the product you want to modify.
Adjust the product details, including price and active status. Inactive products will be greyed out on the New Order page.
Method 2: Using the Price List Updater
Navigate to the Import Tool at cleancloudapp.com/import.
Scroll down to the Price List Updater.
Download the custom price list you want to edit.
Update the prices while keeping the product order the same.
Import the updated price list to confirm the changes.
How to Delete a Custom Price List
Go to Settings → Products.
Select the price list you want to delete.
Click the edit pencil next to any product.
Click Delete Price List at the bottom right of the screen.
