How to Add and Manage Products and Prices in CleanCloud

Learn how to add, manage, and edit your products and prices in CleanCloud, including quick pricing adjustments and product details.

You can easily add, manage, and edit your products and prices by navigating to Settings → Products. On this page, you can modify existing products, delete them, or add new ones.


How to Add a Product

  1. Go to Settings → Products.

  2. In the top right corner, click Add Product.

  3. Follow the steps and fill in the required information (details of the fields are provided below).

✍️ To edit a product, click the pencil icon next to the product name to access and modify its details.


Product Details

  • Product Name: Name of the product.

  • Section: The section where this product will appear on the New Order page.

  • Button Image: Choose an icon from the gallery or upload one from your device.

  • Overlay Text: Optional text displayed under the button image for quick identification.


Product Type

  • Normal: A standard product added by quantity.

  • Parent: A main product with child products attached, displayed in a popup when clicked.

  • Weight: For weight-based products, with the weight entered manually.

  • Price per Square Meter/Feet: Used for area-based pricing.

  • Gift Card: Special product type for both physical and online gift cards.

Update: Pricing improvements have been made, allowing customers to see how prices are calculated, such as Wash Dry Fold $2.50/lbs.


Pricing

  • Price: Standard price per unit.

  • Express Price: Price for rush orders when the Express switch is activated.

  • Cost Price: Amount charged to you, used for tracking profitability.

  • Minimum Price: Ensures minimum charges, such as for laundry per pound.


Additional Settings

  • Pieces per Product: Number of garment tags printed per product.

  • Extra Days: Adds days to the ready-by date for products needing more processing time.

  • Order: Sequence in which the product appears on the New Order page.

  • ID / SKU: Unique identifier or SKU for the product.

  • Release Form: Automatically prints a release form when added to an order.

  • Slot Space: Specifies the space the item occupies in a conveyor slot.

  • Conveyor Priority: Priority level for extraction in conveyor systems.

  • Conveyor Bag: Specific handling instructions for conveyor systems.

  • Skip Conveyor: Option to prevent the product from being sent to Auto Assembly Conveyors.

  • Active: Toggle to enable/disable the product.

  • Online: Toggle to display the product in your Online Store or Pickup & Delivery App.

  • Require Heat Seal: Prompts staff to add a heat seal barcode.

  • Tax Exempt: Exempts the product from sales tax.

To apply changes, click the blue Update button at the bottom of the product list.


Quick Pricing Adjustments

You can quickly update the Price or Express Price by clicking the current price, entering the new value, and pressing Enter. This change applies to both default and custom Price Lists.

📌 Note: This adjustment affects both the default and custom Price Lists.
