Organize your products and services efficiently by categorizing them into Sections. Learn how to add, edit, and manage Sections in your CleanCloud account.
Adding a New Section
If you need to create a new section for your products:
Go to Settings β Products.
Click on the "Sections" tab.
Enter the Section Name (e.g., Dry Cleaning, Laundry, Alterations).
Press Add Section.
CleanCloud will reload automatically, applying your new section.

Editing Sections
To customize an existing section:
Navigate to Settings β Products β Sections.
Click on the section you wish to edit.
In the Edit Sections window, update the following:
Name: Rename the section.
Order: Adjust the section's position on the New Order page:
Sections labeled 0 appear first.
Higher numbers (1, 2, 3β¦) move the section further down.
Retail Toggle: Enable this option for retail-only items to skip the Cleaning and Ready pages.
Orders containing only retail items will be automatically marked as retail orders.
Box Color: Customize section colors:
Click the color box to select a shade.
Enter a 6-digit HEX color code (e.g., #FFFFFF for white, #000000 for black).
β After making changes, click "Submit" to save.
π Note: A section wonβt appear on the New Order page unless it contains at least one product.
Deleting a Section
To permanently remove a section:
Click the bin icon (ποΈ) under the Delete column.
A confirmation message will appear:
β"Are you sure you want to delete this section? This will also deactivate all products in this section."Click OK to confirm.
β Important: Deleted sections cannot be restored. All associated products will be deactivated.
