🗑️ Need to remove an order from CleanCloud? Follow these simple steps to permanently delete any order - active or completed.
Steps to Delete an Order
Go to the Cleaning Page: Orders can only be deleted from the Cleaning tab, regardless of their current status (Detail, Cleaning, Pickups, or fully processed).
Click "Update Order": Find this button in the top right corner of the page.
Enter Order Details: In the pop-up window, enter:
The Order ID you want to delete.
A reason for deletion in the Notes field (if required).
Select "Delete Order": From the Update drop-down menu, choose Delete Order.
Confirm Deletion: Review the order details, then click Delete to finalize the action.
⚠️ Important Notes
This action cannot be undone: Deleted orders are permanently removed.
No bulk deletion: Orders must be deleted one at a time.
Admin Notification: A confirmation email will be sent to the admin.
