In CleanCloud, orders can only be deleted from the Cleaning page, regardless of their status—whether active (Detail, Cleaning, Pickups page) or completed (fully processed).
Steps to Delete an Order
Navigate to the Cleaning tab at the top of your dashboard.
In the top right corner, click Update Order.
In the pop-up window:
Enter the Order ID you wish to delete.
Add notes explaining the reason.
Select Delete Order from the Update drop-down menu.
Review the order details and click Delete.
⚠️ Important: Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.
🗒️ Notes:
You can only delete one order at a time—bulk deletion is not supported.
This method works for deleting or voiding any order, regardless of its status.
The Admin will receive an email notification about the deletion.
