How to Delete an Order in CleanCloud

Learn how to delete orders in CleanCloud using the Edit or Cleaning Page method. Follow these steps to remove active or completed orders.

Deleting an order in CleanCloud is straightforward and can be done in two ways: by editing the order or via the Cleaning Page. Both methods allow you to delete an order at any stage, regardless of its status (Detail, Cleaning, Pickups, or fully processed).

Follow these steps to ensure accurate record-keeping and system organization.


Method 1: Deleting an Order by Editing

  1. Locate the order and click the pencil (edit) icon.

  2. The order details will open on a new page.

  3. In the yellow banner at the top of the screen, click the Delete button.

  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear with the order details.

  5. Enter a reason for deletion (mandatory).

  6. Click Delete to confirm.


Method 2: Deleting an Order from the Cleaning Page

  1. Navigate to the Cleaning Page and click Update Order in the top-right corner.

  2. In the pop-up window, enter:

    • The Order ID to delete.

    • A reason for deletion (mandatory).

  3. From the Update drop-down menu, select Delete Order.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.


Important Notes

Permanent Action: Deleted orders cannot be recovered.
One at a Time: Orders must be deleted individually – bulk deletion is not supported.
Admin Notification: A confirmation email will be sent to the admin.
