CleanCloud allows you to group sections together, ensuring that specific product categories remain in the same order while restricting others. For example, you can prevent retail items from being added to orders containing Dry Cleaning or Laundry services.
How to Enable Section Grouping
Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → General Settings.
Locate: "Activate Section Groups for Orders."
Enable the setting and click Submit to save changes.
How to Group Sections Together
Go to Settings → Products → Sections.
Click the "Choose Sections" button next to the section you want to group.
Select the sections that should be grouped together.
Items from these grouped sections can now be added to the same order.
Example Scenario
If you group Dry Cleaning and Laundry, customers can order both together. However, if Retail is not grouped, adding a retail item to an order with Dry Cleaning will trigger an error message.
📌 Note: If you try to add an item from a section that is not grouped, an error message will appear, preventing the order from proceeding.
