How to Optimize Your Store Page

Step 1: Complete All Details in Store Info

GPS Coordinates

Click Get Current Location to automatically populate latitude and longitude. Correct GPS data ensures accurate map directions and better mobile visibility.

Opening Hours

Verify your business hours and update them for holidays or seasonal changes. Incorrect hours can lead to missed visits and a poor customer experience.


Step 2: Upload Store Photos (Appearance)

Photos are one of the most important parts of your marketplace page.

👉 Go to Settings ≡ → Admin → Store Info → Store Photos.

How to upload photos:

  1. Click Upload Photos

  2. Use the Gallery option to drag and reorder images

Recommended photos:

  • Store exterior

  • Interior or counter area

  • Lockers or machines

  • Branding or team photos (optional)

Stores with photos are more likely to be viewed and chosen by customers.

  • Photos automatically crop to a 16:9 aspect ratio.

  • Maximum file size is 5 MB.


Step 3: Select All Services You Offer

👉 Go to Settings ≡ → Admin → Store Settings → Services Offered → Services and Facilities.

Enable all services and amenities available at your store.

Services include:

  • Wash and Fold

  • Self-Serve Laundry

  • Dry Cleaning

  • Alterations

  • Shoe Cleaning

  • Sneaker Cleaning

  • Shoe Repair

Facilities include:

  • Free Parking

  • Free Wi-Fi
