CleanCloud allows you to export all order data into a .CSV file, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet program for analysis and reporting.

How to Export Orders Data

Follow these steps to export your order details:

  1. Navigate to the Metrics Page:

    • Go to Settings → Metrics.

    • Scroll down to the bottom where you’ll see the Data Export section.

  2. Select Export Type & Date Range:

    • Choose the type of order data you want to export.

    • Enter the number of days or specify a custom date range.

  3. Click the ‘Export’ Button:

    • Your file will be generated and downloaded as a .CSV, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software.


Types of Order Data Exports Available

  • Orders (Sales): Includes both paid and unpaid orders, along with staff involvement details.

  • Orders (Revenue): List of paid orders only, with transaction details.

    • Both Orders (Sales) and Orders (Revenue) reports include a column for Section IDs, which correspond to the sections you've created in your CleanCloud account (e.g., laundry, dry cleaning).

  • Consolidated Orders: Provides a daily summary of orders.

Q: How can I see all orders collected, not per customer, but all of them, up to today?

A: Use the Data Export feature. Go to Metrics → Data Export, select Orders (Sales), and choose the desired date range (e.g., from start to today). This generates a .CSV file you can open and filter or sort as needed. For a quick overview, you can also visit Settings → Metrics → Overview, which shows total orders, pieces, value, tax, discounts, and more for the selected date range.

Q: How can I view past pickup and delivery orders?

While there isn’t a dedicated report just for pickup and delivery orders, you can use these methods:

  • Option 1: Data Export

    • Go to Settings → Metrics → Data Export → Orders (Sales).

    • Export the report, filter by date, and check the Pickup column (where ‘1’ indicates pickup & delivery).

  • Option 2: Search Page

    • Go to Settings → Search.

    • Select Orders, then set Order Type to Pickup and Delivery.

    • Specify the date range to view corresponding orders.
