When using Uber for pickup and delivery, charges apply to both legs of the journey. The fees vary based on your store's location and the distance between your store and the customer's address.

General Fee Structure
Uber provides coverage up to 20 miles from your store address. Below is the fee structure for journeys ranging from 1 to 20 miles in US dollars:

Journey Credits
Ensure you have enough journey credits to cover the fees from Uber to CleanCloud. If your credits drop below $100.00, customers will no longer be able to book new orders with Uber.
You can purchase journey credits in bundles ranging from $200 to $2,500 by navigating to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Uber → Buy Journey Credits.
