When using Uber for pickup and delivery, charges apply to both the pickup and delivery legs of the journey. These fees vary based on the distance between your store and the customer’s address, as well as your store's location.
General Fee Structure
Uber covers deliveries up to 20 miles from your store address. Below is the fee structure for journeys ranging from 1 to 20 miles in US dollars:
Distance (Miles) | Uber (Standard Rates) | Uber California | Uber New York | Uber Seattle |
1–3 | $7.50 | $10.50 | $12.50 | $17.50 |

✔ You can adjust fee preferences in Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Uber, allowing the customer to pay the full amount or cover part of the fee based on your store preferences. Learn more about fee preferences in the setup guide here.
Journey Credits
Ensure you have enough journey credits to cover the Uber fees. If your credits drop below $100, customers will no longer be able to book new Uber orders.
After the trial period, you can purchase journey credits in bundles ranging from $200 to $2,500 via Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Uber → Buy Journey Credits. To avoid running out of credits, enable the ‘Auto Top-Up when below 300 credits’ option.
