If you're new to integrating Uber or DoorDash with CleanCloud, you’re eligible for a 30-day Uber trial. This trial lets you explore both integrations’ pickup and delivery features with lower upfront costs.

While the trial isn’t free, it allows you to begin with smaller credit bundles, giving you the flexibility to test the service before committing to standard pricing.

How the trial works

During the 30-day trial period, you can purchase smaller credit bundles depending on your region. Payments are made in U.S. dollars (USD), and pricing varies slightly between the U.S. and Canada due to local rates.

Region

Credits Received

U.S.

$25.75

$51.50

$103.00

$100 credits

Canada

$20.00

$40.00

$80.00

$100 credits

This lets you try Uber’s pickup and delivery features with minimal upfront investment while maintaining access to all delivery functions during the trial.

After the trial period ends

Once your 30-day trial ends:

  • You’ll need to purchase additional Uber credits, starting from $200 with options up to $2,500.

  • If your credits fall below $100, customers will not be able to place new Uber orders.

  • If you need additional time to test the integration, contact Support to discuss extending or adjusting your trial timeline.

📌 Note: Uber orders will only be created if there are enough Uber credits available to cover journey fees, even during the trial period.

💡 Tip: Enable Auto Top-Up when below 300 credits to prevent interruptions in Uber order creation.

How to activate Uber integration in CleanCloud

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Services Offered.

  2. Toggle on Uber Pickup and Delivery.

  3. Press Submit to save your changes.

⚠️ Important: If DoorDash has already been enabled in your account, the Uber trial option will not be available.
