CleanCloud offers an Auto Archive tool to streamline order management by automatically moving completed orders older than a set number of days off your active pages. These archived orders maintain their payment status and can still be accessed via the Search page.
How to Enable Auto Archive
Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → Cleaning and/or Ready Page.
In the Archive Orders if Older than dropdown, select the preferred number of days.
Click Submit to save and activate the feature.
📌 Note: The archiving process may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your database.
Deadstock Option
For manual archiving, use the Deadstock feature:
On the Ready page, select the desired order.
Go to the Reports tab and choose Send to Deadstock.
This feature marks the order as Completed, allowing future access through the Search page.
