In CleanCloud, you can specify the number of bags and hanging items in an order when marking it as cleaned, streamlining tracking and order management.
Enabling Bag and Hanging Count
If this feature is not active and you’d like to enable it, follow these steps:
Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → Cleaning Page.
Locate Prompt for Number of Bags & Hanging Count and turn it on.
Save Your Changes: Click the green Submit button at the bottom of the page.
✅ Once enabled, you’ll be prompted to enter the number of bags and hanging items each time you mark an order as Cleaned.
🪄 Tip: On the Ready page, the rack number column will display the total Bag and Hanging counts for easy reference.
