For laundromats or wash-and-fold services, printing laundry bag tags can streamline your workflow and ensure accurate order identification. These tags help your staff easily match laundry bags with the correct order and customer.

What Does Bag In Tag Looks Like?

What Does a Laundry Bag Tag Include?

Each Laundry Bag Tag includes:

  • Customer Name

  • Order ID

  • Bag Count

  • Order Due Date

  • Bag Weight

  • Order Notes

  • Barcode (if enabled under Settings → Hardware)

Recommended Printing

Use compatible receipt printers for optimal printing quality:

  • Epson TM-T20III USB

  • Star TSP100 USB

Alternatively, you can print Laundry Bag Tags as sticky labels using a label printer, or opt for a linerless supported printer.

⚡ For optimal compatibility and reliability, refer to CleanCloud’s Recommended Hardware guide for supported devices.

Workflow

  1. Create an Order:

    • From the New Order page, select a weight-based product (e.g., laundry by the pound).

    • Use Next Bag for orders with multiple bags.

  2. Print Tags:

    • After entering the bag count and submitting the order, tags will print automatically.

    • To reprint tags, edit the order from the Detailing, Cleaning, or Ready page.

  3. Barcode Scanning:

    • Scan the barcode on the tag to mark the order as cleaned.

    • Use the search tool to scan the order, which will highlight it in green for easy identification.

🪄 Tip: that some stores prefer using safety pins, while others opt for clear invoice slots built into laundry bags. The choice is yours.

Additional Setup Options

  • Auto Print Laundry Bag Tags: Enable automatic tag printing by navigating to Settings → Hardware → Receipt Printer and selecting Auto Print Laundry Bag Tags.

  • Always Visible Bag & Piece Counter: For a visible bag count on the New Order page, go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → New Order Page and enable Show Always Visible Pieces & Bags Counter.
