In CleanCloud, you can configure various Assisted Assembly settings to optimize your workflow. Follow these steps to customize your store assembly preferences.

1. Activating Assisted Assembly

To activate Assisted Assembly:

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → Assembly.

  2. Toggle the switch to "Active".

2. Set the Number of Racks and Max Items per Rack Location

To define the total number of racks and the maximum items per rack location:

  1. In the Number of Rack Locations field, enter the total number of racks (e.g., 100).

  2. In the Max Items Per Rack Location field, enter the maximum number of items allowed per rack (e.g., 5).

3. Set Remove Order from Assembly When

You can set when an order will be removed from the assembly process:

  1. Under Remove Order from Assembly When, select one of the following options from the dropdown menu:

    • Order Cleaned

    • Order Completed

4. Automatically Mark Order as Cleaned if All Garments Scanned

For a smoother workflow, you can automatically mark an order as Cleaned when all barcodes for the items in the order are scanned. This automatically moves the order to the Ready page and notifies the customer that their order is ready for pickup.

What Happens When All Barcodes Are Scanned

  • When the final item in an order is scanned, a beep sound will play.

  • A pop-up box will appear showing the rack location and the words "Order Ready".

  • The order is then automatically moved to the Ready page, and the customer will be notified that their order is complete.

Enabling Auto Clean

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → Assembly → Assisted Assembly.

  2. Check the box for Automatically Mark Order as Cleaned if All Garments Scanned.

  3. Press the green Submit button.

5. Automatically Print Receipt if All Garments Scanned

You can also enable the Auto Print Receipt feature, which will automatically print a receipt when all garments in an order are scanned, optimizing your workflow.

Enabling Auto Print Receipt

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → Assembly → Assisted Assembly.

  2. Check the box for Automatically Print Receipt if All Garments Scanned.

  3. Press the green Submit button.
