When using Heat Seal Barcodes you can accomplish many tasks quickly and easily. What happens when you scan the barcode on the garment depends on which page is active in CleanCloud

New Order page

If the barcode is already saved in your account it will automatically add that garment to the new order. It will pre-fill the item color, stain and damage, as well as any notes you have for the item.

If a customer comes in with multiple items you can quickly scan all of the barcodes to form the new order

Clean or Ready Page

If you scan whilst these pages are active it will quickly find the order that the garment is currently assigned to and highlight the row green.

If the garment is not in an active order it will inform you and offer to lookup the garment's history

Assembly Page

If you have the Assembly page active and you scan the barcode it will assign the garment to a rack location automatically. It will find the nearest available spot in the rack and present the number to the user.

It will group items by order ID, and take note of your maximum number of items per rack location.

Other Pages

If you are not on any of the above pages and you scan the barcode it will bring up the history of that garment, including the customer name and how many orders it has been in.
