You have the flexibility to decide whether you want to save upcharges to your heat seal barcodes. When upcharges are saved to a barcode, scanning it to add a garment to an order will automatically apply the associated upcharges.
Enabling Upcharge Saving
Navigate to Settings > Hardware > Heat Seals > Barcode Tag / Heat Seal Printer.
Check the box for 'Save Upcharges to Heat Seal Labels'.
Once this setting is enabled, upcharges will be saved every time you create a new barcode tag.
Editing Registered Heat Seals Barcodes
You already have the option to apply additional charges, known as upcharges, for specific services. When you scan a barcode to include an item in an order, the system automatically applies the corresponding upcharges.
However, there may be situations where you need to edit these upcharges. This is especially helpful when an item initially had no damage but incurred damage during cleaning, such as a damaged button. Now, you can make the necessary adjustments.
Here is how to do so:
To modify the information associated with a registered Heat Seal barcode, please log in to CleanCloud's Barcode Management page located at https://cleancloudapp.com/barcodes.
Select the relevant barcode and make adjustments in dropdown menus, including Patterns, Brand, Style, and Upcharges.
After making the required changes, be sure to press 'Submit'.
This provides greater flexibility and control over your heat seal barcodes.
