The Detailing Page in CleanCloud provides an extra step between the New Order and Cleaning pages, allowing for detailed order review and confirmation. You can configure it to apply to all orders or specifically to Quick Drop orders.
How to Activate the Detailing Page
Enable the Detailing Page
Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → Detailing Page.
Toggle the Active switch to enable the Detailing Page in your POS.
⚠️ WARNING⚠️
When sending all orders to the detailing page, garment tags will not print automatically upon submitting an order (on the New Order Page). This is part of our paper-saving initiatives.
Configure Order Flow
Choose whether all new orders or only Quick Drop orders are routed to the Detailing Page under POS Orders to Send To Detailing Page.
Optionally, limit this page to specific product sections using Limit to These Product Sections.
To include Pickup & Delivery orders, toggle Send Pickup & Delivery Orders To Detailing to ON.
📌 Note: If you want only Quick Drop and Pickup/Delivery orders to use the Detailing Page, ensure the following:
POS Orders to Send To Detailing Page: Select Only Quick Drop Orders.
Send Pickup & Delivery Orders To Detailing: Toggle ON.
Customize Options
Show Section of Order Using Colours: Enable colour coding for easier order identification.
Optional Columns: Add extra columns, such as Laundry Bags, for more detailed order information.
Show Edit Button for Each Order: Adds an Edit button to modify orders directly from the Detailing Page without moving them to the Cleaning stage.
Use Lots Based System: Toggle this to implement a lots-based system for order processing.
ⓘ After setup, the Detailing Page will appear as an additional tab labeled 'Detail' in your POS, streamlining your order management process.
