Active Orders Filtering Options

Easily filter and manage active orders across Detail, Cleaning, Ready, and Pickups pages using CleanCloud’s sorting, reports, and filters.

This guide will walk you through how to effectively filter and report on active orders that are not yet completed and are currently in the Detail, Cleaning, Ready, and Pickups pages. Using these tools will help you streamline your workflow and save time.


Detail & Cleaning Pages

Filter by Section

Easily organize orders by relevant sections using the Filter Sections dropdown at the top of the Detail and Cleaning pages. Select a section to refine your view and focus on specific orders.


Color Coding for Orders

Quickly identify orders with a color-coded system that matches section colors. To activate this feature:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Admin → Workflow.

  2. Go to the Detail, Cleaning, or Ready page.

  3. Enable "Show Section of Order Using Colours" toggle.


Cleaning Page - Due Date Filter

Prioritize orders efficiently with the Due Date Filter in the Cleaning Page. To use: Click the "All" dropdown and select from:

  • All

  • Due Today

  • Due Today & Overdue

  • Due Tomorrow

  • Overdue

  • Created Today

  • Express Orders


Cleaning & Ready Pages - Reports

You can access insights and print detailed reports by using the Reports dropdown at the top of the Cleaning and Ready pages.

Cleaning Page Reports

  • Give Bag to Driver

  • To Clean Report

  • To Clean Report (No Dates)

  • Cleaned Today

  • Cleaned Yesterday

  • Detailed Today


Ready Page Reports

  • Completed Today

  • Completed Yesterday

  • Completed 2 Days Ago

  • Delivery Printout

  • Run Audit

  • View Audits

  • Send to Deadstock


Ready Page - Sorting Orders

You can sort orders on the Ready Page by Order Type or Route using the All Orders dropdown.

  • Order Type: Filter by In-Store, Delivery, or Lockers (if enabled).

  • Route: Select a preferred route to efficiently manage deliveries.


Pickups Page - Filter by Route

On the Pickups Page, you can organize your view by selecting one or multiple routes.

To filter by route:

  • Use the "Filter Route(s)" dropdown.

  • Choose one or more routes to prioritize.
