If your orders are defaulting to Pickup and Delivery, but you only offer In-Store orders, it could be due to customers having an address saved in their profile.
How to Fix It
You don’t need to delete the customer’s address to resolve this. Instead:
Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → New Order Page.
Toggle off Automatically Make Order a Delivery If Customer Address Present.
Click Submit to save.
This ensures that all orders will default to In-Store unless manually set to Pickup and Delivery.
