CleanCloud provides default notification templates to automatically inform customers about order updates. These templates are designed to meet carrier requirements and ensure reliable message delivery.
You can manage notification settings by navigating to: Settings → Admin → Notifications → General Settings → Send Notifications For
⚠️ SMS Notification Policy
Due to current carrier restrictions and compliance requirements, SMS notification content cannot be edited or customized.
SMS templates are fixed and managed by CleanCloud
We do not support custom SMS wording or formatting
This applies to all regions
This approach helps ensure consistent delivery, reduces carrier rejections, and avoids delays caused by repeated content reviews.
Email Notification Customisation
Email notifications can be customised, as they are not subject to the same carrier limitations as SMS.
If you would like to adjust the wording of email notifications only to better match your brand tone, this can be done for an additional fee.

Customisation is priced per individual email template:

GBP: £65 + VAT
EUR: €65
AUD: AU$110
Requesting Email Content Changes
To request email customisation:
Contact Support with the proposed email-only content changes
Our team will review the request to ensure it follows best practices
SMS changes will not be reviewed or actioned.
