Setting Up Welcome Emails for New Customers

Learn how to automatically send welcome emails to your new customers, whether they sign up in-store or online.

You have the option to enable automated welcome emails for new customers who sign up online or those added manually via the POS. Both the customer and the main admin email address associated with your account will receive a copy of this email.

In-Store Customers (POS)

  1. Visit Settings > Admin > Notifications.

  2. Activate 'Send Customer Email After Signing Up'.

  3. Personalize the content under 'Custom Text in Welcome Email'.

Note: If left empty, we'll display: Thank you for signing up with Star Wash. We look forward to servicing your future cleaning needs!


Online Customers (Web Booking Tool/App)

  1. Head to Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > Notifications.

  2. Enable 'Send Customer Email After Signing Up'.

  3. Customize the content under 'Custom Text in Welcome Email'.

Note: If left empty, we'll display: Thank you for signing up with Star Wash. We look forward to servicing your future cleaning needs!


Email Templates

Grow/Grow+ customers can create 'Email Templates' and allocate these customized template actions for:

  • Welcome Email (from Website/App)

  • Welcome Email (from POS)

  • Welcome Email if attached to Business Account (from POS)

Access this feature via Settings > Marketing > Email Templates.

Make a great first impression by welcoming new customers with personalized emails!
