Welcome emails are a great way to make a positive first impression with new customers. CleanCloud allows you to automate and customize these emails for customers who sign up online or those added manually via the POS. Both the customer and the main admin email will receive a copy of the welcome email.
In-Store Customers (POS)
To set up welcome emails for customers added through the POS:
Navigate to Settings → Admin → Notifications.
Toggle on Send Customer Email After Signing Up.
Personalize Content: Add your message under Custom Text in Welcome Email.
📌 Note: If no custom text is added, the default message will be: "Thank you for signing up with [Your Store Name]. We look forward to servicing your future cleaning needs!"
Online Customers (Web Booking Tool/App)
For customers who sign up online through your booking tool or app:
Navigate to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Notifications.
Toggle on Send Customer Email After Signing Up.
Customize Content: Enter a custom message in Custom Text in Welcome Email.
📌 Note: If no custom text is added, the default message will be: "Thank you for signing up with [Your Store Name]. We look forward to servicing your future cleaning needs!"
Email Templates (for Grow/Grow+ Plans)
Grow and Grow+ customers can further personalize their welcome emails by creating specific email templates for different scenarios, such as:
Welcome Email (from Website/App)
Welcome Email (from POS)
Welcome Email if attached to Business Account (from POS)
Navigate to Settings → Marketing → Email Templates.
Create and allocate these custom templates for specific actions, making it easy to tailor the experience for different types of customers.
