CleanCloud allows you to personalize your store’s appearance to strengthen your brand identity and create a consistent experience across your POS and customer communications. You can customize colors, upload your logo, and include key business details to enhance customer engagement.
How to Access the Appearance Settings
Go to Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Appearance.
1. Colors and Logo
This section controls how your branding appears across your POS and email communications.
Upload Your Logo: Display your store’s logo in the POS (top left), email notifications, and invoices.
Show Logo on Email: Toggle this on/off to display your logo in customer emails.
Show Logo in Navigation Bar: Toggle on/off to show the logo in the CleanCloud POS navigation bar.
Show Logo on Invoice: Toggle on/off to show the logo on printed or emailed invoices.
Start Week on Sunday: By default, the calendar starts on Monday. Toggle this to start the week on Sunday (affects the calendar on the New Order page).
Set Header Colors: Customize the background and text colors for your email headers and POS navigation bar to match your brand identity.
Customer Contact Information on Clean & Ready Pages: Choose whether to show the customer’s Phone Number or use their Notification Method.
2. Additional Information in Emails
To display important business details in all outgoing email notifications, go to Settings → Admin → Notifications → Email → Additional Information in Email.
Add Custom Text: Include details such as your Tax ID, store address, payment terms, or special instructions. This will be added to all customer emails for consistent, clear communication.
