How to Import Upcharges

1. Login and Access: Sign in to your CleanCloud account using your main admin credentials. Then, head to https://cleancloudapp.com/import to access the import tool.

2. Download Template: Find the Upcharges Import CSV section and download the provided template. This template is your guide for organizing your upcharges data correctly.

3. Fill in Details: Open the template in Google Sheets or Excel and enter your upcharge details. Include product IDs if specific or leave blank for universal upcharges.

4. Save as CSV: Once filled, save the file as a CSV by going to File > Download > Comma Separated Values (.csv).

5. Upload and Submit: Return to CleanCloud's import tool, upload your CSV file, and hit Submit to start the import process.

Note: Optionally, toggle the 'Delete all Existing Upcharges' option during the import process to replace all existing upcharges. Do not do this if you have real active orders, as your upcharges list and order list will no longer match correctly.
