Configure your online store’s pickup and delivery order flow with options for item selection, service-only, or quick booking.

After enabling online services for your store, CleanCloud offers three options for how customers can place pickup and delivery orders online. You can configure these settings by navigating to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → General Settings → Customer Order Flow.

The available options are:

1. Allow Customer To Select Item/Garments

This option enables customers to manually select products available for online purchase, mirroring your POS setup with section and product details.

Note: Product selection is not mandatory with this option; customers can place orders without choosing specific items.


2. Customer Only Selects Services

This setting allows customers to choose the services they wish to book via the customer app or web booking tool, with options for optional upcharges or add-ons. It applies to all order types, including lockers, in-store purchases, and pickup and delivery.

To activate this option, go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → General Settings → Customer Order Flow. Once activated, you can customise services with a name, description, additional turnaround hours, bag or item limits, section assignments, and upcharges.

🗒️ Notes:

  • If you offer upcharges, customers can opt-in for these when placing an order.

  • For products with extra turnaround times, this setting overrides those to align with the service flow turnaround time for Pickup and Delivery orders.


3. Quick Book with No Selecting of Services/Items

This streamlined option bypasses the selection of specific products or services, allowing customers to simply choose pickup and delivery dates. The checkout page will display the relevant details.
