The Web Booking Tool includes an option to check a customer's address before they sign up, ensuring they are within your service area before creating an account.
How to Enable Service Area Verification
To activate this feature:
Go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Address Options.
Enable “Customer Can Check If Address Is In Geofence before Creating Account”.
📌 Note: This feature is only available on the Web Booking Tool.
Once activated, customers will need to enter their address before signing up. If they are outside your service area, they will be prompted to provide their contact details so you can notify them when your store expands coverage.
Viewing Customers Outside the Service Area
To track customers who attempted to sign up but were outside the service area:
Navigate to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Routes.
Click “View Out of Service Area” (located next to the "Add Route" button).
This list displays Date, Address, Name, Email, and Telephone of customers who attempted to register but were outside your service area.
ⓘ This feature is not available in the Customer App, as Apple and Google Play do not allow capturing customer addresses before creating an account.
