Apple (now available in the web booking tool, previously limited to the iOS app)

Embedding the Web Booking Tool in Your Website

Apple Sign Up / Sign In: Important Notes
Apple Sign In offers added convenience, but there are a few important limitations:
Email Delivery Restrictions:
If your store uses a custom domain for email (e.g.,
[email protected]
), emails will not be delivered to customers who sign up via Apple Private Relay. Only emails sent from@cleancloudapp.com
will reach these users.Solution: Contact support if you’d like to revert to CleanCloud’s default email domain to ensure full deliverability.
Embedding Restrictions: Apple Sign In (and other social login options) do not work when the Web Booking Tool is embedded in your site via iframe.
Legacy Email Address: If a customer sends an email or replies to your old CleanCloud-generated email, it won’t be captured by CleanCloud.
