The Route Migration Tool allows you to reassign customers to newly drawn or edited geofences within your routes. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth migration process.

πŸ“Œ Note: Route migration only applies to customers who signed up online, through the customer app, or in the POS. Customers who have been imported into CleanCloud may not be applicable for Route Migration.


Step 1: Draw New Geofences

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Admin β†’ Pickup & Delivery β†’ Routes.

  2. Click the Edit button under the GeoFence column.

  3. Adjust your existing geofence or click Reset to start fresh.

  4. Redraw the new geofence and click Save GeoFence to Route and Submit.

  5. Repeat these steps for all routes you wish to modify.

β“˜ Important: Complete all geofence edits before proceeding to the next step.


Step 2: Reassign Customers Using the Route Migration Tool

  1. Navigate to Settings β†’ Admin β†’ Pickup & Delivery β†’ Routes.

  2. Click the Reassign Customers to Routes button.

  3. A confirmation pop-up will appear.

  4. Click OK to finalize the migration.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️

This action cannot be undone, and CleanCloud cannot revert the changes if a mistake is made. If unsure, double-check all geofences before proceeding.
