You now have the ability to add a secondary phone number to each customer's information in addition to their primary number.

Adding a Secondary Phone Number to Your Customers' Details

We're pleased to announce that you now have the option to add a secondary phone number for your customers. You will find this next to the primary phone number box when you go in to edit a specific customer's details.

Benefits of Adding a Secondary Phone Number

The secondary phone number is beneficial in situations where your customer may have someone else picking up and delivering their clothes, or if they wish to provide their partner's number in case they are unavailable.

Note: Only the primary phone number will receive SMS notifications, though the secondary number will also show in the Driver App in case the driver needs to contact the customer.
