You can now add a secondary phone number to a customer's profile, providing an additional point of contact for better communication.
How to Add a Secondary Phone Number
Search for the customer on the New Order page or Search page.
Click the Edit button to open the Customer CRM Page.
Within the Edit Customer tab, locate the Secondary Tel field next to the primary phone number.
Enter the additional phone number.
Click Update to save the changes
Benefits of Adding a Secondary Phone Number
✔ Useful if someone else, such as a family member or assistant, picks up/delivers the customer's clothes.
✔ Customers can add a partner’s number as a backup contact.
✔ The secondary number is displayed in the Driver App, helping drivers contact the right person.
📌 Note: Only the primary phone number will receive SMS notifications. The secondary number is for reference and driver contact purposes only.
