Keeping Track of Your New Pickups

We are pleased to introduce a new icon next to the Pickups tab. This icon is a great reminder when a new pickup order has been placed. Every time you see a blue dot next to the Pickups tab, this means that a new pickup order has been placed.

The dot will disappear once the page is accessed. You will also get a pop-up message to notify you that a new pickup has been placed. However, the dot will still be there in case you have missed the popup message.

👉 The notification will appear based on the time set in the “Auto Refresh Tables on Clean, Ready, Pickups Pages” preferences. This can be accessed and updated on Admin > Settings > Workflow > General Settings.
