CleanCloud’s Nothing to Pickup Fee ensures you’re not left out of pocket when a scheduled pickup has no items. This guide will show you how to enable and apply the fee using the Driver App.
How to 'Enable the Nothing to Pickup Fee'?
Go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → General Settings.
Find the Nothing to Pickup Fee field.
Enter the amount you want to charge customers when a pickup is missed.
How to Charge the 'Nothing to Pickup Fee'?
The Nothing to Pickup Fee is built into the existing Driver App Issue reporting workflow, making it easy to apply when needed.
Here’s how it works:
The driver taps Accept and Navigate for the pickup.
Upon arrival, if there are no items to collect, they tap the Issue button.
Then select Nothing to Pickup from the list of reasons.
Once selected, CleanCloud will automatically apply the Nothing to Pickup Fee to the order.
