Managing customer subscriptions in CleanCloud allows you to offer flexible plans that cater to your customers' needs. This guide will cover how to view subscription details, monitor usage, handle overages, cancel subscriptions, and manage or edit subscription campaigns.
🪄 Pro Tip: After setting up your customer subscription campaigns (learn here), you can enroll subscribers via the POS, or customers can self-enroll online.
Viewing Subscription Details and Usage
To view a customer’s subscription details, access their CRM profile and click on the Subscription tab. You will see important details such as:
Subscription Name
Joined Date
Plan Price
Total
Next Payment
Last Payment
Used Allowance
Payment History
Invoices
When creating or editing an order, the customer’s current subscription usage will be displayed on the New Order page. This allows staff to effectively monitor how much of the subscription allowance has been used.
📌 Note: Overages will be added to the customer's next invoice, not billed immediately.
Cancelling a Customer’s Subscription
Via the POS: Go to the customer’s CRM profile, select the Subscription tab, and click Cancel Subscription. Confirm to finalize the cancellation.
Online: Customers can also cancel their subscriptions through their online accounts.
Managing and Deleting Subscription Campaigns
To manage or delete subscription campaigns:
Navigate to Settings → Admin → Payments & Finance → Subscriptions.
View, manage, or delete subscriptions by clicking the bin icon next to any entry.
This page also provides an overview of all active subscriptions, including linked products and customer details.
Editing Subscriptions
All details can be edited except for the billing cycle. To edit an active subscription:
Go to Settings → Admin → Payments & Finance → Subscriptions.
Click the pencil icon next to the subscription you want to modify.
⚠️ Important: Remember to notify customers of any changes to their subscriptions.
