After setting up your customer subscriptions campaign, you can start enrolling new customers through the POS, or they can self-enrol online.
Viewing Subscription Allowance and Overages
To view a customer’s subscription details, access their CRM profile and click on the Subscription tab. Key information includes:
Subscription Name
Joined Date
Plan Price
Total
Next Payment
Last Payment
Used Allowance
Payment History
Invoices
Subscriber Usage
When creating or editing an order, the New Order page will display the customer’s current subscription usage, allowing staff to monitor and manage orders more effectively.
Note: Overages will be added to the customer's next invoice, not billed immediately.
Cancelling a Customer's Subscription
Via the POS: To cancel a subscription, go to the customer's CRM profile in the POS, select the Subscription tab, and click Cancel Subscription. Confirm to finalise the cancellation.
Online: Customers can also cancel their subscriptions via their online accounts.
Managing and Deleting Subscription Campaigns
To manage subscriptions, go to Settings → Admin → Payments & Finance → Subscriptions. Here, you can view, manage, and delete subscriptions by clicking the bin icon next to any entry.
