When your online pickup and delivery store is setup you will notice a PICKUPS button in the navigation bar at the top of CleanCloud. This is where pickups orders placed via the pickup and delivery apps or your website will appear.

On this page you can accept/decline new orders (if you are not automatically accepting new orders), as well as update orders when you pick them up from the customer.

Once you have picked up the order and marked it as picked up from the PICKUPS page or the Driver app the order will move to the CLEAN page in your CleanCloud account. Once cleaned it will move the READY page which signifies it is ready for the driver to deliver to the customer.

Your pickups and deliveries will also show up on your Delivery Printout page which can be accessed from the READY page or from the Driver app.
