Setup

โ€‹To enable your Tookan integration you will need to do the following;

1. Log in to Tookan and go to Settings > API Keys and copy the V2 API key. If there is not one there you will need to generate it via 'Generate Key'

2. Once they key has been generated you will need to log into CleanCloud and go to Settings > Pickup and Delivery > Driver app > paste the key in 'Tookan API Key' under Driver Fleet Management integrations.

How It Works

Every pickup order created either from the Point of Sales side or from the Customer App side will be sent to your Tookan account as a Pickup Task.

Every delivery order will be sent to your Tookan account as a Delivery task when you mark the order as cleaned in CleanCloud.

Webhooks

When a pickup is marked as successful in Tookan, it can automatically update CleanCloud to change the order status from the PICKUP page to the CLEAN page.

To enable webhooks:

1) Login to your Tookan account and go to the Settings page, then click the Notifications tab at the top of this page

2) In the Pickup Notifications section click the Pencil icon in the SUCCESSFUL trigger row

3) Scroll to the bottom and enable webhooks, set the format as APPLICATION/JSON, and enter this URL https://cleancloudapp.com/include/webhooks/tookan.php

4) Press Update, then turn on Webhooks for the SUCCESSFUL trigger

5) Please note that this should only be enabled for the PICKUP SUCCESSFUL trigger
