Assigning Tips Among Staff Members

Learn how to enable and manage tip distribution among staff in CleanCloud, including setup, role-specific percentages, and viewing tips.

CleanCloud allows admins to configure how tips are distributed across staff roles, ensuring fair allocation based on each person's contribution to an order.

Configuring Tip Distribution

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Payments & Finances

  2. In the Tips section, toggle Accept Tips on

  3. Use the sliders to assign a percentage to each role:

    • Staff Created the Order

    • Staff Cleaned the Order

    • Staff Completed the Order

    • Pickup Driver

    • Delivery Driver

  4. Click Submit to save your changes

The Pickup Driver and Delivery Driver fields will only appear if your store offers pickup and delivery services.

Important: All percentages must add up to 100%. If they do not, you will see the error: "Please make sure that all tips sum is 100%."


Viewing Tips by Staff Member

  1. Go to Settings → Users → Tips

  2. Select a staff member and timeframe from the dropdown to view their earned tips

Please note: Tips are only allocated once an order has been marked as Completed. Only orders completed within the selected timeframe will be shown.
