As an admin, you control tip distribution percentages in CleanCloud:
1. Navigate to Settings > Admin > Payments & Finances.
2. In the 'Tips' section, activate the 'Accept Tips' toggle to enable tip collection.
3. Configure tip percentages for:
Staff Who Created the Order
Staff Who Cleaned the Order
Staff Who Completed the Order (for non-delivery orders)
Pickup Driver (for orders picked up by your driver)
Delivery Driver (for orders delivered by your driver)
4. Ensure you click 'Submit' to save your changes.
Note: 'Pickup Driver' and 'Delivery Driver' fields appear if you offer those services.
